Week 3 (1/24 and 1/26) Harmonic Dictation, diatonic (Quiz on 26th--only major-mode progressions)
Week 4 (1/31 and 2/2) Harmonic Dictation with secondary dominants, borrowed chords, N6 and +6
2/7 Because all but two of you are on the symphonic band tour, there will be no class. I will hold office hours 530-630 on Mon and 5-6pm on Tue&Wed so that you may meet with me after each day of the tour.

H/W for 2/28: you will be assigned a modulating melody to sing in your group, so practice alone and in the group
